I have decided on a weight loss goal. I want to lose 50 pounds by the time I’m 40 years old. That’s a little under 2 years from now.
I’m already down 15 pounds, so I’m on my way.
I work a pretty physical job, so exercise actually isn’t that big of a deal.
My first change is that I’ve dropped sodas. Not a small deal for me. I used to drink about 5 cokes per day. That really adds up you know.
I’ve also stopped eating fast food burgers for lunch. I used to have a double burger with cheese and bacon, onion rings, and cheese stuffed fried peppers everyday. It was like 5000 calories per meal, so that was a big change.
I’m going to keep updates on this going to track my progress.
