I have been looking into the Monroe Institute and their Gateway Process tapes. Supposedly, it is a sort of binaural hypnosis system that should give one access to an altered state of consciousness in which one is more flexible psychically speaking.
I have decided to look into this tape system as a method for possible consciousness expansion and development. As the tapes have been uploaded on YouTube as a complete playlist I can do this without needed to pay for anything.
As to whether the Gateway Process has any real value: we shall see.
